Armando Benavides Obituary-Death News; Elderly Man, Armando Benavides Found Dead In Trash Bin After West Kendall Shooting of Ex-Wife

A man was found dead in a garbage can in a neighborhood in West Kendall this week, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.

This week’s discovery comes just a few days after an incident in which the guy is accused of shooting his ex-wife in the leg.

During the course of a routine garbage collection in the 8400 block of Southwest 161st Place, a county solid waste truck driver noticed a body falling into the vehicle, which prompted the intervention of the police.

The deceased person was identified as Armando Benavides, who was 54 years old, and the authorities feared that he may have taken his own life by shooting himself in the head for the fatal wound.

It was previously believed that Benavides had shot his ex-wife in the leg, but this tragic discovery has disproved that theory.

Even though she was hurt, the wounds she sustained were not considered to be life-threatening, and it is hoped that she will recover.

Due to the fact that additional investigations revealed that there was no obvious connection between Benavides and the property where his body was discovered, the authorities are now in the position of determining the circumstances surrounding his death as well as the events that led up to the terrible incident that included his ex-wife.
